From Stillness came…
Pulse.

This first movement is Love
not emotional love,
but the magnetic yearning of Self to know Self.
The Two that are secretly One.

Stillness desires motion,
like the inhale pulling the exhale back.

From the desire to know came vibration
the original frequency.
That frequency became light.
which is not the light of the sun,
but the conscious pattern of intelligence organizing itself.

Light fractured into sound.
Sound sculpted space.
Space gave rise to geometry.
Geometry gave rise to matter.
And the play began.

From the formless came form.
From unity came duality.
From silence came mantra.

You are made of the same mechanism.
Bindu—the dot, the point, the zero—rests at your center.
From it arise thought, form, feeling, breath, and desire.

The creative spark of the universe
is coiled at the base of your spine,
waiting not to rise as a struggle,
but to awaken as a recognition:

“I have always been the Creator.”
“There was never another.”
“There was never a fall—only forgetting.”
