A Home for Healing, Freely Given
Planet Prodromos is being built as a Section 8 non-profit organisation in India — a legal structure whose only shareholder is the public good. It is more than a wellness centre; it is envisioned as an ashram-style sanctuary, a place where traditional healing arts are shared not as a business, but as an offering.
Founded by a small circle of practitioners — spanning Ayurveda, Reiki, massage therapy, and hypnotherapy — Planet Prodromos exists to make deep, authentic healing accessible to those who seek it, in a spirit of service rather than transaction.
We are at the very beginning of this path: registering the organisation, building its structure, and laying the first stones of a space we hope will serve for generations. This website — and everything it describes — will keep growing alongside the work itself.
Ways We Hope to Serve
These are the disciplines our founding practitioners bring to Planet Prodromos. As the ashram takes shape, each will find its own space and season.
Ayurveda
Traditional diagnosis and treatment guided by a practicing Ayurvedic doctor — using diet, herbs, and daily rhythm to restore balance.
Reiki & Energy Healing
Hands-on energy work offered by a practicing Reiki master, to ease what sits heavy in the body and the field around it.
Breathwork
Conscious pranayama practices to regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, and reconnect body and spirit.
